These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the conditions for using Log ("the App"). Please read them carefully before using the App. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
01The service
The App is a tool for recording your thoughts, learning and insights as logs, organizing them, and exploring them with AI. The following plans are offered.

- · Up to 3 folders
- · Up to 50 logs
- · Related logs and thought history
- · Search and tag filters
- · AI chat (with your own API key)
One-time purchase, no subscription
- · Unlimited folders and logs
- · Access to all features
02Purchases
- The Pro plan is charged once through the App Store (one-time purchase)
- After purchase, you can use the Pro features with no additional charge
- Refunds follow Apple's refund policy
- You can restore your purchase at any time with "Restore purchase" in the App
03Prohibited conduct
- Reverse engineering, modifying or copying the App
- Creating or storing illegal or harmful content
- Infringing the rights of other users or third parties
- Repurposing or reselling the App for commercial purposes
04Intellectual property
The intellectual property rights in the App's design, code, logo and other materials belong to the developer. The rights to content you enter or create belong to you.
05Disclaimer
- The App is provided "as is", without any warranty of completeness, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose
- Except in cases of the developer's willful misconduct or gross negligence, the developer's liability for damages arising from your use of the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of answers from the AI chat features. Consult a professional for important decisions
- The same limit applies to interruption or termination of the service and to loss of data. Please export and back up your data regularly
- If any part of these Terms is held invalid under the Consumer Contract Act of Japan or other applicable law, the rest of the Terms remains in effect
06Changes and termination
The developer may change the service or add or remove features without notice. If the service is discontinued, we will let you know in advance whenever possible.
07Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any dispute relating to the App. If these Terms are provided in multiple languages, the Japanese version prevails.
